Autocratic Leadership

As a leader, I need to earn the right to be an autocratic leader. To model this, I need to lead-by-example and exemplify the company’s core value. I must always treat everyone with respect, maintaining humbleness in all interactions. I have learned a lot of great insight and tools on how to be more humble through reading The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni.

I want my employees to be able to utilize their strengths and innovation. Providing freedom within a framework will result in increased employee drive and motivation.  To lead properly you must listen and communicate with your team. Effectively reflecting provides a platform to give guiding feedback and recognition.
